Saturday October 22, 2016
In addition to the major festivals of the church year, the Christian Church also sets aside individual days to celebrate and commemorate certain saints, angels, or events in the history of the church. We sometimes refer to these days as “minor festivals.” The intent of celebrating a minor festival is to thank God for these gifts to the Church and to follow their example.
St. James of Jerusalem - Learn from Jesus’ Brother

Thank God for the example of this saint! Let’s learn from James, the brother of Jesus!
